C.R.W.D.#4 has a new web payment method that will include members billing history. You must login to start an on-line account. Simply select the Register Here button. You must have your account number and current phone number that is on file with the District. Then make a user name and password. Follow the simple steps to complete.
ACH (auto deduction) updates must be made by calling the office at 785-286-1729. Customers cannot use debit cards or change banking account numbers on the new payment site for ACH.

The 2018 CCR Report (Water Quality Report) will be on this web site in July. Customers no longer receive the CCR report in the mail. You must contact the District Office if you would like a paper copy. Our number is 785-286-1729.
